Project or system setup management

Within Radian-QS team work qualified project managers with experience in leading of complex project of different sizes and budgets. In our work we use guidelines for project management by Project Management Institute (PMI) which is called Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide).

According to these guidelines we recognize nine knowledge areas that are typical for almost all projects:

  • Project Integration Management;
  • Scope Management;
  • Time Management;
  • Cost Management;
  • Quality Management;
  • Human Resource Management;
  • Communications Management;
  • Risk Management;
  • Procurement Management;

There are also distinguished 5 process groups:

  • Initiating;
  • Planning;
  • Executing;
  • Monitoring and Controlling;
  • Closing.

Each of the nine knowledge areas contains the processes that need to be accomplished within its discipline in order to achieve an effective project management. Each of these processes also falls into one of the five basic process groups, creating a matrix structure such that every process can be related to one knowledge area and one process group.
