Testing and Acceptance Criteria

When programmers develop and update software modules they perform so called “module testing” which can check the compliance of the algorithms to technical requirements. But in complex environment modules do not work alone, they interact to each other and to other systems internal or external.

In this case more sophisticated testing procedure is required to assure correct module operation and system integration. As one of the important stage of every project Radian-QS members develop the program for testing procedures.

This document contains a set of specially prepared test cases which should be successfully finished to be sure all system works as required.

The particular test case is a table, which contains the ID and the description of test case, the actions to be performed over test data, the results expected, the result achieved and comments column.

Thus completed testing procedure forms statement of compliance which could be signed between client and vendor and serve as a ground for contract closure and billing.
